Most of us were never taught how to move. We sit, we strain, we push through, and somewhere along the way, our bodies start telling us something's off. Tightness that won’t release. Pain that comes back. Workouts that don’t seem to work anymore.

The good news: bodies respond to the right input at any age. The work is figuring out what your body actually needs — and then doing it consistently. That’s what I’m here for.
