My Story

I’m a certified Functional Patterns coach, and I work with people who want to feel good in their bodies, not just for the next workout, but for the next forty years.

My approach is rooted in a simple idea: the human body is designed to move as one connected system. When we train attending to posture, breath, gait, and how they all fit together, strength, mobility, and resilience follow naturally.

Whether we work together in person, virtually, or just for a single assessment, my goal is the same: help you understand your body, train it well, and build a foundation that holds up for life.
